Your Roses Will Bloom Again

Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. However, one thing is sure: a season of joy follows those who do good and it will surely come to pass.

For I consider that the suffering of this present time are not to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us

Rom 8:18 (NKJV)

This scripture tells us, believers in Christ, that no matter how great our suffering in the present moment is,it is infinitesimally smaller than the glory (bliss) that God will reveal to us. Joseph went through hell for a significant portion of his life but eventually, the glory of God overshadowed him. Jabez, a child of sorrow, went through pain but God eventually transformed him. After Job went through both physical and emotional pain, God came through for him and he received double for his trouble. When roses fall, the branch looks like it’s not going to bloom again but as long as the plant is deeply rooted to the soil, it will certainly bloom again. No matter how horrible your present condition is, I want you to know that it has an expiry date. Your setback is not forever. It is just a setup for your comeback. If you don’t give up, your problem will surely give up. Troubled days are not forever, and as God came through for those aforementioned, He will surely come through for you. There is hope for you in God. Cheer up! Rejoice, because your trouble will soon become double blessings and your roses will bloom again. Glory to God!
