You Are God’s Weapon

It is unfortunate that many believers in Christ today are unaware that God has made us weapons of warfare to wage war against every power of darkness in our lives and communities. See what the book of Jeremiah says:

Jer. 51: 20-24 (NKJV)

“

“You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms; With you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider; With you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider; With you also I will break in pieces man and woman; With you I will break in pieces old and young; With you I will break in pieces the young man and the maiden; With you also I will break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; With you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen; And with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers. “And I will repay Babylon And all the inhabitants of Chaldea For all the evil they have done In Zion in your sight,” says the LORD.

In this scripture, God is telling us, believers in Christ Jesus, that He has made us battle axes and weapons of war against everything that represents Babylon. Babylon here represents the systems of the world and the powers and structures that run it. I also mean illegal strongholds that are waging war every day against the plan and purpose of God here on earth. God wants to use you to execute His plans on earth by breaking every negative power against God’s plan into pieces. Rise up and engage in spiritual warfare. This battle is not a physical but a spiritual battle. Make yourself available and live a holy life so God can use you in this end time as His weapon of war.

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, seize this opportunity to accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. If you are willing, say this prayer:

“Lord Jesus, I know I’m a sinner and come to you today. I repent of my sins and confess them to you (mention them). Jesus, I accept you today as my personal Lord and Saviour. I promise to serve you all my days.”
