We often go through difficult situations that leave us in a devastated state but through God, we can come out victorious. I believe you’ve once been there before. See what the Bible says in Psalm.
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
The above scripture tells us that God’s favour is for life and that while weeping may last the night, joy surely comes in the morning. This scripture should encourage you and remind you that you have a God who loves you and whose favour you have. It does not matter how terrible your situation is at this moment. When God intervenes in your situation, you will experience the joy that comes in the morning. You will experience a great turn-around, and things will start working for your good.
The people of Isreal were in bondage for 430 years and counting. But they cried to God, and he had compassion on them. He delivered them from their oppressors and made them possess the land of promise. Weeping is not forever. Hardship is not forever. Difficult times are not forever. Don’t be dismayed! Joy is coming in the morning. Many people in the Bible went through the night of sorrow and devastation but God came in the morning and gave them joy. Night and morning here are not literal but rather mean seasons of sorrow and season of joy respectively.
The God who brought the morning season of joy to those people is still alive and He’s going to do the same for you. I decree that your season of sorrow is over. Enter your season of joy now in Jesus’ mighty name. You are blessed beyond measure! Stay strong and stay in faith.
Are you still yet to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Those who don’t receive Jesus don’t have the assurance of joy in the morning while they are in a season of sorrow. You need Jesus in your life. Receive Him now. Pray this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I know that I’m a sinner. Jesus, I repent of all my sins (mention them) and ask that you come into my life and reign in me. I promise to serve you all my days.”
If you prayed the above prayer, search for a Bible≈-believing Christian church and begin to fellowship there. Read your Bible and pray every day. I trust you were blessed by this article.
