Fight Back!

The Bible doesn’t tell us to fold our hands when the devil and the hosts of hell wage war against us. Rather, it tells us to fight and take back what the devil has stolen from us. The devil is a thief who came to steal, to kill, and to destroy (John 10:10) and the Bible teaches us as believers in Christ Jesus to neutralize the devil and his demons through spiritual warfare.

We as believers in Christ should not be afraid of the devil but we should be bold and strong to fight back against any form of satanic attack. See what the Bible says in 1 Peter:

1 Peter 5:8-9 (NKJV)

“

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.

This scripture tells us to be alert and serious because the devil, our arch enemy, is on the hunt for as many people as possible. You must resist him vehemently when he comes to do you harm. He is a meddlesome interloper who specializes in waging war against the people of God and he goes about looking for who to harm. Never be on the defensive. Go offensive. Take the battle to the gate of the enemies and wage in spiritual warfare. See what the Bible says in Psalm.

Ps. 74:20 (KJV)

“

Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.

There are dark places in this world full of evil people and spirits with wickedness and cruelty in their DNA. Are you going through any form of satanic oppression like a chronic illness, disease, financial problems, marital problems, mental illness, rejection, setback, non-achievement, or complex life? It is the devil who is behind all of these negative things affecting you. This is a spiritual battle manifesting in the physical realm. As a believer in Christ, you need to fight back, pray, and use your authority in the name of Jesus to wage a spiritual battle against the devil and his host of wickedness. Fast, and pray and the Lord will give your victory in Jesus’ name.

Are you born again? If not, you cannot fight and win the spiritual battle that Satan is waging against you. It is only those who have received Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour that can fight and win every satanic battle. The best thing you can do now is to repent of your sin, confess your sin, and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour. If you are ready, I want you to pray this prayer:

“Lord Jesus I know that I’m a sinner Jesus, I repent of my sins Jesus, I confess my sins to you Jesus, I accept you as my personal Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I promise to serve you all my life.”

If you pray the above prayer with every sense of meaning I want you to search for any Bible-believing church of your choice and begin to fellowship there. Read your Bible and pray every day.
