Things to Learn From Daniel’s Story (cont'd)
- Daniel was so bold that he did not mind the consequences of breaking the law set by his enemies. You also need to be bold and consistent in your faith even when your enemies plot traps against you.
- In the Lion's den, God sent His Angel to shut the mouth of the Lions so they could not hurt Daniel. Whatever your enemies send against you to hurt you will not prevail when you are serving the living God.
- In the heat of the moment, as Daniel was arraigned to be thrown in the den, King Darius asked Daniel whether the God he continually served - which got him incriminated - was able to deliver him from the lions. Do you serve God consistently like Daniel?
- All of Daniel's enemies, along with their families, were cast into the lion's den, and the Lions killed all of them. Every trap that your enemies set for you will not hurt you; they will fall into their own trap.
- King Darius knew that no god could deliver like the God of Daniel, and he knew Daniel was serving the living God. When God comes through for you in your difficult situation, people will know that you are serving a living God.
- Daniel was loyal to God, King Darius, and the Kingdom of Babylon, which he served. Loyalty delivers from troubles. Are you loyal?
- Daniel became prosperous after God delivered him from the power of the lions. God will make you prosper after all the difficult situations you have been through.
The same God who rubbished Daniel's enemies' efforts and delivered him from the power of the lions is still the same. He will surely deliver you and disgrace your enemies. He will lift you from nothing to something great. Continue in a consistent faith in God. Hallelujah!
