Those who want to build themselves up physically go to the gym consistently to exercise their body for muscular growth. In like manner, every believer in Christ needs to be consistently involved in spiritual exercise to build up their spiritual muscles.

Jude 1.20 (NKJV)But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.
This scripture enjoins every believer in Christ Jesus to build up themselves in their faith in Chrst by praying in the Holy Ghost (praying in tongues). When you pray in the spirit as a believer in Christ, what you are doing is building up your faith in the Lord.
In the year 2024, don't just pray in the Spirit alone. Also, pray in understanding, fast and consistently give worship to God. Stay in His word (the Bible), go to church regularly and speak positive words (word of faith) to yourself every day. I see you mounting up with wings as eagles this year. You will run and not be weary. You will walk and not faint in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
